A Los Angeles native with deep roots in the city, Cordelia Watson is a dedicated buyers agent and operations lead known for her intuitive guidance, strong work ethic, and ability to create a seamless client experience. A third-generation Angeleno from an entrepreneurial family with a background in real estate investment, Cordelia brings both local insight and a lifelong understanding of property ownership and wealth building.

Cordelia graduated with high honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she developed both her analytical thinking and creative voice. In addition to her work in real estate, she is an accomplished artist and singer-songwriter who recently launched her independent album, bringing creativity, discipline, and a unique perspective to everything she does.

Having grown up throughout Los Angeles, Cordelia has a nuanced understanding of the city’s diverse neighborhoods and proudly calls the Valley home. She also knows the Southern California coastline intimately- from Oxnard to San Diego- having spent much of her childhood exploring its beach communities, an advantage for clients seeking a coastal lifestyle.

Before joining The Sarma Group, Cordelia managed high-volume restaurants and worked as a teacher within LAUSD. These experiences sharpened her leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, allowing her to anticipate client needs, navigate complex situations, and ensure every detail is handled with care.

As Operations Lead, Cordelia plays a critical role in ensuring every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. Her attention to detail, organizational expertise, and calm, solutions-oriented approach elevate the client experience while supporting the team at the highest level.
